Personally I think it's best to get tested because in most cases you might find out that you are busy spreading the virus without knowing and in that moment a lot of people can be affected by your ignorance
Your HIV status is really not a situation that you could keep it within you. HIV disclosure have a wide range of benefits that include, having someone that will help you with your treatment, help you to freely discus challenges and to refer your family for treatment.
