Periods can be a bit confusing if it's your first time so having someone to talk to can help

Having the talk with your mom or parent is very important because there’s a lot of confusion out there from both genders actually and I feel like boys should be let in so they are able to know how to handle us as ladies when we have our period And how to handle their future daughters instead of passing her over to mom

A period cycle is a sign you're now a matured woman who is now ready to have a baby...and that you must not have unprotected sex to avoid unwanted pregnancy

On my first period I couldn't tell anyone about it,I knew what was wrong but I was just scared.its normal to be unable to talk about it cause you may not understand what's going on but I'd advise young girls to speak up it's nothing shameful.

Parent should communicate with their children about the changes that take place in their bodies, so that their children can not be afraid of what will be happening in their bodies.
